MEET PAUL SWEET
10 years ago, I embarked upon my journey as a wood turner, following an accident involving my hands. I started out on a beginners lathe and fell in love with turning wood.
I joined a club where everyone encouraged me to pursue improvement on this ability.

Within a year, my "hobby" lathe was upgraded to one of a professional and alongside my skill, after which I decided to open my business and start teaching.

Over time, the experience taught me so much about understanding the science of wood and how to explore other materials such as resin. I would recommend learning such a skill as there is nothing compared to the passion I have for turning wood and its freedom to create works of art.
